I value your feedback and am committed to resolving any complaints or grievances that you may have. You can provide your feedback or complaint by emailing me directly at hello@andrewsloan.com.au or by discussing this concern with me during our sessions together.

If for any reason you feel that the response to your complaint or feedback to me isn't satisfactory, you have the option to escalate the matter to the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). PACFA is my certifying body, and certifies psychotherapists in Australia and can be reached at 03 9486 3077 or through their website, www.pacfa.org.au.
