Join me in a three to six month shared commitment towards accelerating your career and developing your leadership skills. Together, we’ll draw on integrated coaching and psychotherapy tools to co-create a framework for change; one that’s sustainable, actionable and tailored specifically to you.

Pre-hire coaching First 100 days candidate support

Drive connection, engagement and performance straight out the gates with our deep dive executive recruitment program.

Using proven psychotherapy and coaching tools, we’ll work together to onboard the right candidates for long-term success, helping you select the best cultural and personality fit to energise and accelerate your team.

Once your new hire is in place, I’ll support their integration and help them transform their natural talents into leadership strengths, with greater levels of self awareness leading to higher levels of wellbeing and performance.

What are CliftonStrengths and Hogan
Assessments?

These are scientifically validated psychometric tools. CliftonStrengths identifies your natural talents and shows how they can be directed for leadership excellence. Hogan Assessments evaluate your value drivers, natural behaviours and derailers — giving a comprehensive picture of how you naturally lead and how others experience you.

Are sessions available in-person?

Individual executive coaching sessions are conducted online via Zoom. In-person conversations are available upon request depending on location and scheduling.
