What does the program include in detail?
Your leadership coaching program is bespoke, but a typical three-month program includes:
An engaging, productive experience where science-backed tools meet human connection.
For your most senior leader:
- 4 x online one-on-one executive coaching sessions, integrating psychotherapy and professional coaching to build clarity, presence and leadership capacity.
For your leadership team:
- 2 x online one-on-one executive coaching sessions per leader (up to four participants).
For your group:
- A series of online facilitated leadership group conversations to build trust, alignment and collaboration.
- 2 × immersive workshops, helping your team deeply understand themselves and others for transformational leadership – held in person or online.
- Practical tools to help leaders immediately run meaningful, performance-oriented conversations that encourage real growth.
- CliftonStrengths or Hogan assessments to explore individual instincts and team dynamics (at additional cost).
- In-depth strategic planning and team benchmarking.
- Your high-performance roadmap to embed wellbeing, alignment and excellence across your culture.
- Online or hybrid program delivery for flexibility and access.
Our individual and group sessions take place online to maintain rhythm and accountability, with optional in-person offsites or workshops to deepen the work. Each engagement includes strategic preparation and ongoing conversations to ensure the changes we make together are sustainable and measurable.
