Each leadership teams or emerging leaders’ program is customised to your team’s size, goals and stage of growth.

For leadership teams of up to five people, with a minimum three-month engagement.
What we'll create together
1 x 60-minute strategy and design session to map our approach and develop strategic alignment.
CliftonStrengths All 34 survey for all participating leaders to uncover blind spots and unlock sustainable high performance.
2 x 2-hour immersive workshops per month for the leadership team to build psychological safety, better conversations, and culture.
4 x 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions per month (used as needed across the team) to help individuals overcome overwhelm and navigate change.
Priority email support to maintain clarity and communication between our live sessions.
Minimum 6-month commitment to ensure embedded behavioral change and actively future-proof your team.

What does the program include in detail?

Your leadership coaching program is bespoke, but a typical three-month program includes:

An engaging, productive experience where science-backed tools meet human connection.

For your most senior leader:

  • 4 x online one-on-one executive coaching sessions, integrating psychotherapy and professional coaching to build clarity, presence and leadership capacity.

For your leadership team:

  • 2 x online one-on-one executive coaching sessions per leader (up to four participants).

For your group:

  • A series of online facilitated leadership group conversations to build trust, alignment and collaboration.
  • 2 × immersive workshops, helping your team deeply understand themselves and others for transformational leadership – held in person or online.
  • Practical tools to help leaders immediately run meaningful, performance-oriented conversations that encourage real growth.
  • CliftonStrengths or Hogan assessments to explore individual instincts and team dynamics (at additional cost).
  • In-depth strategic planning and team benchmarking.
  • Your high-performance roadmap to embed wellbeing, alignment and excellence across your culture.
  • Online or hybrid program delivery for flexibility and access.

Our individual and group sessions take place online to maintain rhythm and accountability, with optional in-person offsites or workshops to deepen the work. Each engagement includes strategic preparation and ongoing conversations to ensure the changes we make together are sustainable and measurable.
