A Note From Andrew
Through my years of studies and experiences, I've been fortunate to build a thriving practice as a psychotherapist, leadership coach, speaker and author in Sydney. Now, I'm taking that work on the road.
In my debut book Why Things Feel F*cked, I explore how the modern world has hijacked our nervous systems for disconnection, pulling us away from the human connections we need.
Growing up white and queer in Australia's largest city, I've been both shaped and harmed by the systems that create these disconnections. I've spent the past two decades exploring my own experiences, traumas and privileges to find a more grounded sense of freedom and belonging, both personally and professionally.
Travelling and working across regional Australia now allows me to live the principles I coach; moving away from disconnection to bring insights, tools and conversations for change to communities that are often underrepresented and under-resourced, yet deeply deserving of the same quality of support as those who live and work in cities.
