My Expertise

Are you a psychotherapist or coach?

Human before practitioner

I’m both an integrated psychotherapist and leadership coach. I’m also an author, keynote speaker, team conversationalist and strategic ideator. But before any title, I’m a human being who deeply values connection, trust and honest conversation.

A blended approach to change

My blended credentials complement each other to create a set of tools that are truly impactful. Combining the depth of psychotherapy with the forward momentum of coaching, we reflect on how the past shows up in your present (that’s the therapy bit). We then work together to connect those experiences to a future of clarity, purpose and self-led action.

Grounded in science and experience

I’m a Gallup® Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach, a Registered Clinical member of PACFA, and hold a Post Grad Diploma in Psychotherapy and a Business degree. I have over 15 years’ experience working with diverse and wonderful humans, translating complexity into meaningful conversations that restore agency and momentum.

Warmth, honesty and collaboration

I believe sustainable change happens through trust, reflection and honest conversations. I value continuous learning and deep connection, and bring empathy, insight, irreverent humour and a carefully-chosen swear word or two to the table. All while taking serious ownership of the experience we build together.

"As a coach, Andrew supported me through using CliftonStrengths. He did an exceptional job at helping me link my CliftonStrengths to my role and used real examples of how I can use my talents in my day-to-day life. I still use my learnings from Andrew to reflect on my work and understand how I can utilise my strengths now and in the future."
