A note from Andrew

The first 20 years of my life harmed me greatly. The last 20 years have healed me. I've written this book because I believe your healing is possible too, and I want to share what I've learned along the way. 

Much of the content and some of the client stories in this book draws from my decade of private practice as an Integrated Psychotherapist and Leadership Coach in Gadigal, Sydney, Australia. These are, in essence, all of our stories. We all struggle, and we all heal, often in the safe presence of another human being.
